Fast shipment and the phone arrived in way better condition than expected. I used the student discount which was another way to save. I ordered the "good" version of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, and it looked brand-new except for a small, approximately 0.5 mm nick on the bezel. The nick was not noticeable at all, until I gave the phone a very thorough inspection. The phone still looks absolutely beautiful. The OLED screen is so much more colorful than the one on my old phone, and the processor is so fast! The phone came with a factory reset, i.e., it showed everything erased and a new Samsung operating system installed. This is good security practice. To get started, I popped in a SIM card from my 5-year-old TracFone, spent a few minutes adjusting settings, and I was ready to go. The only thing that was included with the phone was a USB-C-to-USB-C cord. Before ordering, I read that most phones come with the bare minimum and aren't in factory packaging, but with the price being so low, I considered that part of the bargain. Most people have extra USB-C chargers anyways, but consider that newer phones, including mine, can be charged wirelessly or through "fast"-type charge...

My second phone purchased at BM. Very happy with both purchases. My wife received a Galaxy S23 and I purchased a Galaxy S23 FE. Both phones fit our uses quite well. Extremely happy with how BM conducts the selling process.

I was quite skeptical of purchasing a refurbished phone, but after reading the reviews here I thought I'd give it a chance. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the phone. It's in a condition that, if one wasn't aware of its' refurbished condition, would appear brand new. It works like a gem. 10/10 will be using this service again.

I love my phone. It works great and connects with my hearing aids perfectly. Somehow, it is still hooked to Verizon and I have to delete and stop it from automatically loading apps etc. That part isn't so good, but other than that, it is awesome!

Such an easy task! I was expecting the usual inconveniences that come with online purchases but to my surprise this transaction was so simple and I received the item that was advertised with all the great features the Galaxy S23FE has plus many more!
