    I was really impressed with all the options and the prices of the merchandise. It was super easy to customise what I wanted and I like the flash deals that keep popping up. I was however, disappointed when I received my phone and there was a dent on the bottom next to the charging port. I bought the phone in "excellent" condition and there should not have been any visible marks on the phone. When I tried to contact costumer support the only option was to send the phone back. I was happy with everything else with the phone so I thought it was unnecessary. I would have liked to received some compensation instead as I don't believe the phone is in "excellent" condition. It's a shame there is no way to contact customer services about this as vendors can then continue to sell items that are slightly less quality than advertised. Despite this, as this was my first time ordering and the prices are very good I would order again off the site to see if this is a one off incident. The phone itself is great and a much needed upgrade from my previous. I'm glad I was able to buy a refurbished product rather than a brand new one for the sake of the environment.

    The phone arrived in excellent condition. The phone was an excellent price. The phone works very well and my Wife loves her new phone. There were also aspects of my purchase from Back Market that weren't great. The phone did not come with a OnePlus power supply or any power supply with a high current output for fast charging of the phone. The phone purchase did not include the tool to remove the SD card tray.

    I ordered a Silver OnePlus 9RT 5G and received a Purple OnePlus 9 5G. The condition of the phone was in good condition but completely different model. I was expecting something totally different. I sold the phone I was using prior to purchasing this OnePlus off of Back Market and Back Market isn't accepting my phone that I had prior to this purchase so I sold it on Facebook marketplace now if I am to return this product and get a refund I'll be out of a phone until I can purchase a new one or have a new one shipped to me. Kinda puts me in a tough spot. I'm unsure what I'm going to do. I'm going to wait for Back Market to get back to me via Chat. We'll see what they do for me.
