    Another great purchase from BackMarket. Phone arrived on time. Listed in 'good' condition but the only truly noticeable scratches are on very bottom edge of screen. Some minor scratches on screen but a screen protector was placed upon setup so no one will ever know. My daughter is very happy with her upgrade.

    S22 ultra was wifi nerfed. Where my Galaxy S9 and friends s21 /24 / note 20 every other Device would have perfect Wi-Fi reception the S22 Ultra would have little to no reception at all if you take one step away from the router you would experience extreme lag or get disconnected from the internet completely. This was not backmarkets fault backmarket was absolutely great thank you I will do business again Also I am not sure if the S22 Ultra I ordered that was Verizon locked refurbished could have had a issue with the Wi-Fi chip inside of it or if all as 22 ultra's are garbage for Wi-Fi connectivity. Anywho I decided to Not take my chances and get a different Galaxy completely. Overly satisfied

    I wanted to leave a really quick review, this is actually a replacement phone for a previous order that did not meet expectations or desires. Although this was actually originally a carrier phone like the previous, that's now just unlocked, (which is what 99% of users buying an unlocked phone expect or need), as a developer it's a little bit different for me, but with that said, the emotions I felt opening this phone, are the emotions I wish I had felt opening my original purchase from a different seller (a pixel device). It was AMAZING! it's a beautiful device, it meets expectations AND the seller claims. I love it! I'm very happy with yow backmarket has handled me as a customer. I haven't bought a phone elsewhere for many years and the recent purchase from a diff seller was the only time I was upset from the getgo and tried to suffer thru it, eventually leaving an unhappy review although I didn't expect anything nor did I plan on swapping until the device had more problems, but this oneplus is perfect, the seller has been AMAZING, and so has backmarket customer service. I'm glad I can continue to be a back market customer!

    I was quite skeptical of purchasing a refurbished phone, but after reading the reviews here I thought I'd give it a chance. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the phone. It's in a condition that, if one wasn't aware of its' refurbished condition, would appear brand new. It works like a gem. 10/10 will be using this service again.

    Phone came in great condition, almost new and essentially perfect for a “good” quality refurbished phone. Came with an apple braided cable that comes with the phone. Only noticeable mark on the phone is a very small scratch on the screen that is barely noticeable. Overall, great phone and arrived fairly quickly.

    I was hesitant to ordering such an expensive refurbished phone but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase thus far. My phone came in better than Good condition. My only "issue" was that when I started the phone it didn't go through the initial start setup. I ended up factory resetting the phone. After setup I had to go through the settings to unlock the network, which is not a big deal but it is something that not many people would know or consider. Aside from that, it has been a fantastic phone that has worked with my Mint plan.
