    Happy of the appearance and condition of the phone. But the phone does not work on talking to someone. It only works on speaker. Calls in or out it has to b on speaker. Also charging takes forever and it just goes black sometimes then I wait and then it will recognize face recognition then turn on. Also when you push Home Screen button when you go to put passcode in it does the vibration like I put wrong code in. Then it will not stay on brightness level it just switches on its own. I will shop somewhere else. I guess I get what I paid for.

    Received item today. First off, the controller was super dirty and grimey. There was a sticker saying the LB and RB buttons are hard to press. I tested them out and they barely work unless I press down extremely hard, then it finally gets an input. The rubber grib of the control is hanging off on both sides at the top of the control. The trigger switch on the back is broken off on one side. And the control is full of scratches all over the place, as if it was dropped on concrete a thousand times. And I bought this as “Excellent” quality!! Very disappointing since I trust BackMarket so much for all my device needs This is literally unplayable and I will be returning this immediately.

    This item was broken, I tried to return it (with my year warranty) and Back Market said the seller has the opportunity to fix the item before refunding/returning.... They sent me back the exact same phone. Literally won't turn on, and someone Back Market ISN'T REFUNDING ME. They've callled me 3 times saying that there's an Apple ID signed in (which isn't mine because the phone literally never turned on). SCAM. This whole website is fake. Reporting to Better Business Bureau.

    This was the worst service I have ever received and this is exactly why consumers buy from Apple and Amazon directly, instead of sites like this, because they are much more reliable and take care of their customers. I ordered an iPhone that Back Market said would be delivered by FedEx in 48 hours, which I paid $30 for. Instead, it was sent by USPS, who delivered it two days late to a local office where I have to pick it up, instead of my address. Now, I am out $807.99 and still don’t have an iPhone, which Back Market says I am responsible for until the seller receives the item back. It’s the worst experience I’ve had as a customer in a long time and I will never buy from this site again.
