I bought in excellent condition by the left bumper doesn’t work

Came a day early. Everything was included if you would’ve bought from Xbox website. Would buy again

The controller box came ripped and the case of the controller was dirty but every thing came in one and had all of its components but the controller had a delay and didn’t work the first 2 times you try to click a button

I bought a controller in “excellent” condition. When it got delivered, it was dirty. Like, schmutz on the joysticks and in the crevices of the controller. The controller’s grip on the left end is already mildly lifted in one spot. That’s not excellent condition per back market’s description. When I started using it, the Y and A buttons sometimes don’t even register when I hit them. Also, the right joystick base is stuck, so you have to push down really hard to change the physical sensitivity of the joy stick. I’m disappointed because clearly this controller is not in excellent condition. I tried talking to support because I would be okay with a partial refund, but the only option is a full one with a return of the product. The seller obviously mislabeled it as excellent condition so I believe I should not have paid the excellent condition price. So, I’ll return the controller. The seller will get it cleaner than when they sent it to me, because I fully cleaned all the crevices.
