    Paid extra for speedy delivery. Received phone on time. Spent 8 hours transferring data. Started to see an error about SIM card not installed. Set the phone on the counter SIM card with disengaged and never attach the network again. Attempted to get the esim to work. Spent 4 hours with Verizon to do that. Not effective. we'll have to return this phone as damaged on delivery. What is really upsetting me now is that I spent 12 hours of my time, spend extra money to get the phone here quickly, and now have to go through a return process. Well I would understand that a damaged phone does require a return. Backmarket is not taking into consideration my needs and my time spent to figure out a phone that in fact was not functioning properly. It doesn't seem to be any retribution on that part. Nor does it seem that back market is interested in making up for that by getting me a phone quickly. Instead I have to send this phone back to determine whether it should be a repair or a replacement. This could take multiple days if not a week or more and yet I wanted the phone quickly to keep my life in order. Lastly I have to spend all this time to try and get this communicated to somebody in backmarket. I was a pretty big fan. I told a lot of people about back market. But this experience has sullied my expectations.

    The quality I got it in was what I paid for which was excellent. I'm currently still using this phone after 8 months of usage and no problems what so ever so far. The are legit and are not lying about the quality of it. I bought a iPad for my little nephew at a Fair condition and it came in as expected with some scratches and some dents but nothing that a kid would not appreciate. I also got an iPhone X at a good condition and also it came in as expected with some scratches but nothing significant. There great Totally recommend.
