I ordered an "Unlocked" iPad, mistakenly believing that "Unlocked" meant it included cellular and GPS capabilities. When I realized the "Unlocked" iPad did not have these features, I sought assistance from Backmarket to exchange it for a model with cellular capabilities, but I was unable to find a resolution. Despite sending several emails requesting help with exchanging and ordering a cellular iPad, I only received a response listing various iPad years and generations. On the positive side, returning the "Unlocked" iPad was an easy, straightforward process with free return shipping.

BackMarket is good, but this particular refurbisher is not. First, I placed my order, and it sat in their warehouse for 3 days without being shipped out, I had to contact customer service, they contacted the seller, then they shipped it. Now, I just received it, and they sent me the wrong color, I ordered a Rose Gold IPad mini in excellent condition, I was sent one in silver. Do yourself a favor, avoid this particular company if they are the refurbisher, go with someone else, they clearly have their heads up you know where. The accessories, like the charger and cord that was sent was some cheap 3rd party product, it was not apple. This is the 2nd iPad mini I bought and the first one came with a real apple chargers and cable. I have a working iPad so it is what it is, but all in all, I am disappointed in this experience

The iPad Mini 5 arrived in a well packed box It is in fantastic condition with a clean looking Lightning port, and a very clean screen and body.

Love using the iPad mini. It’s portable, lightweight and easy to use.
