    Touchscreen randomly stops working and the speaker phone works about 75 percent of the time. When connected to bluetooth the sound will randomly start skipping. I have to restart the phone and the issues go away for a a few hours before returning. Seems to be a common issue with this model.

    Bought this phone for my daughter, when receiving the phone it starting randomly restarting, which was disappointing and we sent it back for repair. Sadly it wasn't able to be repaired so they issued a refund for it , which we are currentl waiting for. The customer service was good though, just the phone wasn't.

    The condition of the phone was just fine, I only gave it one star because in the description it clearly stated that the phone was UNlocked, I got the phone and immediately tried to get my network connected and I couldn’t because the phone was very much LOCKED. I had the phone maybe a total of 4 hours and had to send it back because I couldn’t get the phone unlocked. It was a waste of my time. I did get a full refund. I did like the phone a lot and it was in good condition, I would’ve loved to be able to use it. Even if they say “unlocked” they may not actually be unlocked.
