    I was taken aback by the lack of knowledge from the agent. I uploaded a clear photo of the watch with the white band, issue being that it was supposed to be starlight. That's what the seller advertised. But the agent obviously skimmed, since they wrote back saying the watch is the right color. Again, the band is the issue. I just gave up, i'm not uploading tons of photos to a by-the-book unhelpful worker. There's no way to communicate to the seller directly, i just wanted them to send me the correct starlight band that i paid for. The watch is in excellent condition though, i'll just go through with keeping it for now.

    My watch came well packaged in a box alright but it has some scratches on the screen, mind you, I bought the supposed “excellent” condition watch. The battery takes too long to charge and discharges quickly anyways. Asides these issues, the watch works well and I’m going to keep it because I can’t deal with the stress of returning it.

    The MacBook from the outside its in incredible shape but what let me down was the performance, it gets hot and the fan is super noisy even when im watching instagram reels it gets hot and the battery life is short and need to constatly be charging it. Also the charger that it came iwth didnt even work.

    Second MacBook I’ve bought from Back Market and the same issue again. Within 10 minutes of setting it up, the laptop was already overheating even though I hadn’t opened any apps. The battery also dropped from 55% to 17% in about 10 minutes. I paid for “excellent condition” and it still arrived with scratches. Returning it just like the first one. After two bad experiences, I’ll just buy a new MacBook directly from Apple.
