    I've always been happy with purchases with BackMarket. However this time my phone won't work correctly. And I really don't think it's a Back Market issue. It's a Samsung UI5 update issue. I have tried every possible thing suggested from Backmarkert and youtube and the phone just won't connect to mobile data. It will just get stuck and say no internet connection. The battery runs out quickly also. I have good chargers and sometimes it wont read that its connected. Incase of an emergency, this is not good. Beware of Samsung UI5 update phones.🫤
