    Bought 3 phones from BackMarket. All good service providers until Tiger. The phone internal board shorted out and was within warranty time. Took it to Apple store and they said it was defective and not repairable. Tiger refused to repair or replace or even offer a discount on a newer one. They just said a few nice words. Don't buy there.

    The device came damaged and when I tried returning it, they said they can’t process the refund since it was damaged under my ownership. Apparently I’m responsible for reporting any damage within 3 days of receiving it. I was traveling and did not get a chance to inspect the phone within 3 days of receiving it. What a way to hide the clauses in fine print. Never buying from BlackMarket again!
