Really enjoy using back market to get refurbished devices, got my laptop through here and my current phone. Seller shipped my phone to me 2 days faster than expected which is amazing! Small issue that when I turn the speaker up past half way I get a rattle and idk how to fix it. Other than that it’s a good refurbish

Previously I have only had new IPhones and was sort of hesitant to purchase a refurbished one. The phone I received from Back Market exceeded my expectations. I ordered the excellent version of the 14 Plus and it is cosmetically and functionally perfect. It also came with a 1 year warranty so Im covered for the next year. This was my first purchase from Back Market and it won't be my last. Kudos to you!

I was sold a STOLEN phone. Purchased back in January, no issues until suddenly out of nowhere my phone wasn’t connecting to the cellular network. I was able to contact AT&T who informed me that the phone I’m using was reported as stolen by a previous owner and this was the reason I was blocked from their cellular network. There’s apparently nothing they can do on their end because my phone has been blacklisted. Clearly a technician or contractor didn’t do their due diligence in checking on this during the refurbishment process. I need to get this issue resolved and someone from Backmarket needs to respond to my email ASAP.

I gave a 5 because Back market is an excellent place to buy refurbished items. I've ordered from them 4 times. This 4th item from Spry was terrible. Fair was more like poor for iPhone 14 plus I bought. For Spey I would give them 1 star.You ask them a question they don't fully answer it. I've never had a problem with any of the other fair phones but this one the apps on the screen jump without you touching any buttons, the phone was dirty with dents on every corner of the phone. I returned the phone. Also, the company is in MD like me like 25 mins away & it still took the package 2 days to come. I reached out and they responded it was the delivery company. The company was Fed Ex express.

Came earlier than expected with great packing would definitely recommend this to someone else btw I got the iPhone 14 Plus in fair condition and all it had was a few scratches on the frame other than that flawless screen and back side

This is one of those few instances where I’m more than happy to leave positive feedback. Looking for a newer iPhone (coming from an 11) only because of storage capacity, I wasn’t interested in spending a boatload of cash for an iPhone with all the latest technology. I definitely didn’t need it to be brand new as well. Back Market offered the opportunity for a newer generation phone which by far exceeded the only real requirement I had: greater storage capacity. I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition, and I would say it arrived in practically pristine condition. This seller promptly prepared the order and had it shipped by the estimated date. And the battery was at 100%. I can only speak to my own satisfaction with the order, but I will absolutely consider using this service and seller for any future needs.
