    I bought the Iphone 13 mini, the first one they sent me was a broken no good iphone. It would shut down for no reason and not turn back on. After contacting support I was able to ship it back and get a replacement iphone. The replacement iphone is working as it should be and so far no disappointments. If I was going to do this process again I would spend the extra few hundred and buy new. * never got a new charger from the 2nd iphone they sent me *The first iphone they sent me the package was bad, iphone was freely moving in box no protection

    I really like the phone i got and really good quality. However when i traded in my phone they lowered the price offered at first even though this was a phone i had gotten scratched from backmarket, a year prior. I hadn't added any scratches myself as i never drop my phone and always had a protection on it. So I selected the exact same options as when i got it when returning (overall good condition) but when reviewed by a team’s member they said the scratches were too extensive. They had send it to me with the same scratches and they themselves marketed as good condition. Besides this disappointing experience, I am satisfied with my purchase

The phone was ordered as unlocked and I have AT&T prepaid. Swapped the sim card from my previous phone and it was good to go. Battery was at 91% capacity, which anything over 90% I was going to be happy with. I exclusivily have bought refurbished pcs from various retailers in the past, so I have no problem buying refurbished products. This is my first transaction with backmarket and was very satisfied with the transaction as a whole. I've bought refurbished phones from Amazon in the past (which I also have had no problems with), but the price and warranty was good enough with backmarket that I thought I would give them a try.
