    The phone works well and came quickly. I’m disappointed with the battery- it’s at 81% capacity (which is apparently just over Backmarkets 80% threshold as “good”) and with normal use can’t last a full day. I had gone up to 13 mini from X for a better battery life but I’m still in the same boat in that regard. Also I thought the camera resolution would be better- zooming in it looks like a watercolor painting

    less than half a year after the purchase, the phone turned off constantly by itself. Took it to repair shop and the technician told me the battery of the phone is of very bad quality and had to be replaced. Had to paid for the battery replacement and then the technician told me the phone is non-repairable and I have to order a new phone. I am shocked and have to deal with going without phones and the trouble of setting up a new phone. I am puzzled if this is common with BackMarket's phone and whether I should get a new refurb phone from there again.

    Had a new battery in it, but it is noticeably a third party battery. My gf bought a new iPhone 5 months ago and her battery health is still at 100% while mine is already at 97% within a bit over a month. The front facing camera and one of the back facing camera also seem to have some damage on them from the refurbishing. It does not affect functionality but it is very noticeable. I have ordered other phones through back market and they have been next to new, I suppose I just got the bad one of the batch.
