The phone works fine. The condition was just what it said it would be. Generally, when I buy a used Apple device, there’s a balance of the factory warranty with it. This one says it expired in 1978. Even though it was first activated in December of 2024 and it’s currently July What I found out was generally devices like that have been purchased from Apple with no warranty. I’m not sure why they sell them like that but apparently they do. I do have the one year warranty through back market however I’m sure I would have to send it off to get it fixed so it wouldn’t be as convenient as just taking it to an Apple Store to get repaired.

Had to wait many weeks for the iPhone case to arrive, so couldn't enjoy the new phone until yesterday. So far it seems to be working great. The Apple limited warranty is only good for another six months.

backmarket experience always excellent. The only downside this time was the FedEx delivery. They just threw the package containing the Iphone in front of my porch. left it unattended. Until I arrived home saw it. Knowing that the item inside could have been damaged or taken.

As usual, fast friendly service, good people. This was my 3d or 4 th purchase thru Back Market. BTW, I’m an artist, and need to take professional, color accurate photos of my paintings. The camera in the iPhone pro max I bought has replaced my expensive, complicated Canon digital setup. You can save some bucks by going thru these folks rather than buying from Verizon, etc.

My phone was delivered quickly and was in excellent condition. I think this is the 5th phone I've bought through here. the only issue I'm having is going from android to ios with the esim. haven't successfully crossed over yet. but I think it's operator error not anything from this site. highly recommend Back Market!

So far, I absolutely love it! Waiting for new case and film cover which may never get here because of course everything comes from China and that situation is not going well! Would really like to get some instruction on use of camera because it sounds unbelievable! Looking in Amazon for good book! Phone was immaculate and looks like a dream! I do have one little problem! It doesn’t charge with all of my “c” chargers!! Only certain ones so I’m keeping those aside so when I travel I don’t take one that does not work! Love the deal!!
