    I was very skeptical to purchase a refurbished phone. However I am so happy I did. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S9 (bought in 2018) to the Samsung Galaxy S24+ the phone arrived in immaculate condition no wear what so ever. It was super easy to hook up to my Mint Mobile carrier and I was able to transfer everything from my old phone. It's been about a month now everything works beautifully! Loving my new phone.

    Upgraded from a Galaxy Note 9 that I've had for years. Didn't want to break the bank, so I looked into refurbished. This Galaxy S23 Ultra was ordered in good condition, but came in excellent condition! Shipping was fast too! I would definitely use them again in the future!

    The iPhone arrived in pristine condition. Backmarket followed up with valuable resources and tips to transfer data from my old Android. This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I will do this again through Backmarket. They provided me with purchase confirmation, delivery updates and a 30 day guarantee. I’m still looking for the downside and I can’t think of a single one. I no longer feel compelled to hold onto my “dinosaur” phone because of the high cost of new phones. I’ll be back.

    I was a little worried because I’ve never purchased a refurbished phone but it met all expectations. I got a Samsung S24+ in Excellent condition. It had a few very minor scratches on camera bezels, buttons and sim tray, but otherwise looked almost brand new. The screen is flawless, the back glass is as well, camera lens all great. The power button feels a bit mushy but functions fine for an one year old phone. The battery capacity is still around 95% which is great. The phone works super fast and smooth. So far no issues with the purchase, and I’m happy with the price I paid.

    Came out the box looking factory new. You can't tell it was refurbished. The phone came to me within 5 days of purchasing. I was looking for an upgrade from my last phone that I had for about 8 years (Samsung Galaxy S10) and this S25 runs like new. I love it. The battery life is great too, lasting a little over 24 hours with pretty heavy usage, depending on the day.
