I have been testing the device and pretty everything works great, I got it with extra charge battery and they literally put a new battery in it. Battery life for me is all day. Enjoying my new phone. I was skeptical but after receiving the device, it is in great condition. If you have a sharp eye like me too you will see very minor scratch maybe half a centimeter to 2 but otherwise functions great and looks clean. My shipment was delayed would be my only complaint, I think I may go refurbished from here on out.

I purchased a Galaxy S23 in excellent condition. The package arrived on time and was well protected. Most importantly, the phone looks brand new! I can't spot any scratch on any side. I've been using it for a few days now and so far, it hasn't had any problems. Side Note: For some reason, the model I received (SM-S911U) is stuck on Android 13 / One UI 5.1 and can't auto-update to Android 14. After doing some research, it seems like my phone was originally locked to Verizon and can't receive any updates from Verizon anymore. If anyone else has the same problem, you will need to connect your phone to a computer and manually update it using Frija + Odin.

works great just popped in my sim card and updated my settings no problems at all. love the color love the screen can't even tell it's refurbished.
