honestly the phone came in so clean no scratches no dents nothing it came flawless with 100% was a little bit scared at first and im a real person not a bot or anything and i would truly recommend and i am going to purchase more stuff from back market

The purchasing process was easy and quick. The set up process took a few hours of trouble shooting but I believe the root of that issue lied in my previous phone and not the one I got from back market. The phone seemed to be in perfect shape when I got it and a couple of days in the battery is a bit of a concern because it tends to heat up and drain pretty quickly. Upon quick search, this is something that seems to be happening with many 16 pros so its not necessarily a back market issue- though i cant completely rule it out at this time.

I received the phone in great condition (with perfect battery life). Initially I had trouble with the postage but that was due to an error from FedEx and not the seller. Even through that situation the seller was extremely helpful offering alternatives before the phone showed up a few days after it had said delivered. Would definitely recommend.

It’s appearance and performance work like a new phone. The shipping was delayed by three days of ETD, but seems to have been missed transfer points on the UPS side. Back Market was prompt on sending emails concerning the delivery.

I took the excellent quality The phone came to me clean, A screen protector with a litle bit of scratches, 100% Batteries. It was really perfect tho, yesterday i was working on it, i had like 35% Batteries amd it automatically closed, i tho my Batteries was dead, when i open i still had 35%.

Phone is great, running great, looks great, easy to setup, affordable, got my rebate in a week after receiving the phone and sending l my old one in. Second item i brought from back market in the last six years and they still run like new. Just wish charger box comes with the cable
