    Very happy battery life is excellent and phone has no real flaws. Do have a notice that “Apple part(a) not used notice continuously lit up. Does he seem to effect phone usage. Trying to learn iPhone and unlearn android. New phone. Wife does not have dna for electronics and like phone but hates having to learn. I will buy from Backmarket again…save a lot of $$$

    You can barely tell it’s refurbished, unless you literally stare at the the screen when it’s off, or the back without the case, but luckily it’s cute💕💕 the only problem I had was my iMessages took like 2 weeks to actually want to work right, which was frustrating. And if your battery health matters, mine is at 86%. Granted I bought it Fair, but switched from android to iPhone, I really recommend this.

    I’m never going to get Apple electronics anywhere else! The phone came in perfect condition even though I selected the “good” option. It was also super easy to get the phone set up, as you just need to put in a SIM card. Backmarket is a great option! :D

    Two weeks in, the phone works like new. The battery does not appear to be an official Apple product, so I get an alert in my settings app, but it hasn't caused any functional issues. Delivery was within 5 days, so happy there. Overall, assuming the phone continues to work, I'd definitely go the aftermarket route a couple years down the road!

    Phone came on time and packaged well in a discreet white box. Battery was DOA,but a quick charge fixed that. Once up and going,I was prompted to update to the latest iOS (about 40 mins) before being able to start the data transfer from my old phone. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, and the money saved from getting a used phone from Apple Store($200+ For same model and specs) or Verizon refurb(about $120+ for same phone and specs). Thanks BackMarket for saving my wallet and getting me a phone I can rely on once again.

    i ordered the iphone 11 red in 256gb, excellent condition, and oh boy was it excellent!! front screen is perfect, back glass is untouched, the only imperfections i was able to discern was a small scratch near the flashlight and secondary camera (both of which had zero impact on performance, photos are as gorgeous as expected, too). the battery was at 97%, which was no trouble to me since my old phone wouldn't last two hours of use without charging. i upgraded from a hand-me-down iphone x with a totally shattered back, drained battery, slow as hell and this is the the BEST upgrade i could've asked for. i cannot say enough good things. came two days earlier than scheduled, the phone itself was beautiful and the service was amazing. transferring data was no problem, just had to get through the "restore your purchases via apple id" for other accounts (which is to be expected for a pre-owned device) which took all of two seconds. genuinely amazing, i got email updates regarding my order and it wasn't invasive either. i waited a few weeks to be safe before putting my review out, and i haven't had a single problem, period. my refurbisher was tigerphones, and it really was great. if you guys are thinking about buying a device from here, i'd obviously suggest doing your research but i had a supremely positive experience all in all, well worth the 5 stars. thank you backmarket and tigerphones
