    right side pentalobe screw is damaged . there is also a bit of plastic sticking out of it that i cant seem to set free . phone seems a bit sluggish as well and that is being said coming from a long busted iphone 11. cant complain that much i guess since the battery health is at 100% and other than the hard plastic bit scratching my finger when i use the phone, its near indistinguishable from a brand new iphone 13 pro . really really annoyed about that plastic as it bugs me & is indicative of laziness with whatever repairs were done to the phone combined with the damaged screw . it may seem like a nitpick but if i could easily remove the plastic bit, i would not be complaining about it . but try as i might, i can not remove it, and it bugs me . and i can not remove the screw to remove the plastic because its stripped , i even have the special silly screwdriver . its a used phone and i completely understand that so really great phone and i am otherwise pleased

    I don’t think it was worth it for the price. It doesn’t focus when taking the picture. Just stays blurry. Could have just kept my iPhone 11. Try to contact back market but keeps giving me an error message. Idk if I’m ok with buying another phone when I spend as much as I do. I personally think they should check cameras when refurbishing phones.

    Process to purchase was simple and easy and delivery was quick...however, we were disappointed to have paid for an "excellent" refurbished phone, only to have to clean out the mute button, which had quite a bit of gunk. The camera also had evident scratching around the outside of the lens (does not seem to impact photos though). Just a little disappointed in what we got, for the price.
