    I purchased this refurbished phone listed as being in excellent condition, but unfortunately it does not meet that description. Upon use, I noticed visible dents/indentations on the front screen, which are clearly noticeable during normal use, especially when scrolling or watching videos. While I understand that refurbished devices may show minor signs of use, visible screen defects should not be present in a device advertised as “excellent.” This affects both the appearance and the overall user experience. Based on this, I do not feel the condition matches what was advertised, and I would recommend carefully inspecting the device before purchasing or considering other options.

    Overall the phone is in great shape and the battery capacity is 100%. That said, it does glitch from time to time. Example: When sending multiple pictures, it only sends the first one. When in the lock screen, I will touch and hold the camera icon to open the camera and the screen will turn black only to be "fixed" by clicking the power/lock button. Not sure if this is something specific to this phone or the model itself.

    Sooo where do I start… I purchased a phone from backmarket & at first I was skeptical because I had read mixed reviews which was after I purchased the phone. I panicked and went to cancel my order due to some not so good reviews but was out of the timeframe to do so. My plan was to return the phone as soon as it arrived. Once my order processed I received a call from the small company in which I purchased it from and they had said the one I ordered, after being assessed before shipment had a few things that needed to be fixed before shipping out but they had another the exact same but in white, if I didn’t want to wait. I agreed and let me tell you, I am sooo glad it went through with the purchase from this company. Not only did they reach out to me in which were very polite and professional but this 14 plus came very well packaged and flawless. I literally had to inspect it because I couldn’t believe it was a refurbished phone. If you are in search of a refurbished phone then I HIGHLY recommend the company TIGERPHONES!!
