    The MacBook seems to be working fine. I was definitely disappointed when I received the MacBook. It was very dirty and it came with no box just a bubble wrap to protect the computer. I purchased it in premium condition. Not a great experience being my first purchase from back market.

    This is the 4th item I am purchasing from Back Market and have been reasonably satisfied with the first 3. However, I purchased this laptop in excellent condition and to my dismay it came with more scratches than the one I bought in fair condition. I feel cheated because I thought that I was buying something of a higher quality. Whilst I understand it's refurbished, I should not be mislead aa to the standard of the item. I was very excited to received my laptop today but was quite disappointed!
