    Headline: TOTAL FRAUD - AVOID THIS SELLER - FAKE TRACKING I have made 12+ purchases on Back Market over the years and have always trusted this platform for high-quality devices. This experience was the first and only total failure. My gut instinct told me to cancel when the seller stalled for 4 days before 'shipping' the item. Suddenly, the tracking showed it arriving 'faster than anticipated,' but it was a total Ghost Delivery. No package arrived. I waited 3 days to see if a neighbor or the carrier made a mistake—nothing. Upon checking recent reviews, I see I am one of many victims scammed by this specific seller in the last two weeks. This is pure fraud. It is extremely frustrating to have hard-earned capital held in limbo because of a scammer. Do not buy from this seller. I am requesting a full investigation and an immediate refund.
