    I'm very frustrated. Order came as T-Mobile, not unlocked. So my Verizon network clashed with it. The , as it was setting up I left it plugged in and it barely maintained a charge. In fact it lost charge when charging and the phone got extremely hot. I'm looking to return this as soon as possible. This is my 2nd very bad experience with this website. 1st time I ordered this it was canceled due to a stock problem. Then I pay $50 more and it comes the wrong version and with a defective battery... "Excellent"

    On the website, it says that it supports all carriers. But I could not activate it with Xfinity or US mobile. A look up on the IMEI shows that it is not compatible and the phone was registered in Ireland instead of the US.
