    I received a phone with a lower quality than the grade I ordered. The phone had highly visible scratches and now has an issue with charging through the lightning port. Unfortunately, the battery problem started just after a month of use, so I am unable to ask for a refund or a replacement device. I would not recommend this refurbisher and will not buy any product from them again.
