    Awful awful awful phone. I had AWFUL experience with the company and with the phone completely. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! When the phone was received in the mail, the back side of the phone was cracked. It was sent back for return, and they refused to return it. Mentioned that we did not have 'enough evidence' and then the phone was returned back. Lost the money for the phone and now that it was used for FIVE DAYS, the phone IS BAD. The battery does not work at all! It shuts off every 2-3 minutes if it is being used, it stays at 1% after being charged and switches back to its normal percentage and again to 1% which causes it to shut off completely. When the phone was opened to use, the settings displayed that there was something wrong with the battery and now its displaying that the camera and display might not be connected in well/not be genuine. I get that the screen and stuff replaced after being refurbished might not be genuine to APPLE specifically, but the battery part is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The phone is useless and more money is being inputted to fix it instead of just easily returning the money /phone like THE OTHER SEVERAL COMPANIES FROM BACKMARKET HAVE!! So sorry for the rant, but do not buy.

    Came with a sub par battery health, lcd screen, froze during set up, and I had to hunt the fedex driver down just to get it. I don’t trust the seller to make it right. Hopefully backmarket sees this review and does the right thing by letting me take it to an authorized repair shop and taking the cost back from the seller. After $1700 personally spent through back market I’ll be hesitant to buy here again if end up returning this device.

    Back Market sold me a phone that the seller disclosed the battery was changed by unauthorized dealer and the battery icon in the settings would be highlighted. The email also stated that in 15 days the icon would go away but the battery would operate with no problems. I was ok with that. I had zero problem with battery. My problem was with phone microphone, callers could not hear me. Back Market sent me UPS code to send phone back. Once the phone was returned Back Market accused me of opening the phone and that voids my warranty. I never opened or had the phone serviced. The phone was sent back in the same condition it was received. This company is not honest and has zero integrity. I will win this battle with my bank. I also will do google review, BB complaint, complaint with state of Florida. Detailed pictures and all e mails sent from Back Market from original purchase will support my claim. Stay away from this company, Amazon will have better deals, support and honor warranty. Amazon also won’t accuse or create a perfect lie about a customer opening a phone.

    Ordered in "Good" condition and got a ton of chips on both the camera edges and all corners of the phone. I don't mind the chips on the order as it's what I expected with the condition I purchased it in. However, the chips on the camera edges are very noticeable since the paint is also chipped off as well. Other than that, I've had no issues at all with the phone.
