    I always thought it is a headache buying a used laptop and this experience reaffirmed it. First off, the laptop came completely discharged, and without a charger. Then let’s say the laptop wasn’t exactly very clean. There was dust in the vents and debris on the keyboard, not exactly my idea of refurbished,but no matter. The original charger for this laptop runs around $100, so I complained and was told I can either get a $40 credit or have the seller ship me the charger. Of course I wanted the charger, so it was sent by FedEx and was lost on the way. Apart from spending time trying to talk to someone at FedEx, which is a feat in and by itself, this whole experience made me very uneasy. So I finally get a charger out of pocket myself and look at the laptop. (I was offered the $40 after a week of waiting) A few tests show that there are other problems. The bios needed to be updated, this particular cpu has been problematic. The laptop inexplicably discharges and has hung up at least twice so far. Bottom line, yes you think it’s good to recycle used electronics, but honestly it’s mostly a headache and for the uninitiated and the warranty-less, it’s doubly so.

    In the pas I purchased a refurbished- 3 flip in fair condition.i was very happy with it, so I purchased a Z 4 flip and received it 2 days ago. I am very disappointing with the phone. the screen has a dent in it that is noticeable, and a line through the middle of it, and the battery runs out very fast. I will never order from Black Market again. I also was going to trade in my old phone but they did not send a label or address for me to send it too. they also do not make it easy to return your products if you aren't satisfied. I am not happy at all.

    I wanted a phone that would have a lasting battery but wasn’t a fan of the huge phones like the pro max line up. Despite the size I decided to get this iPhone 13 Pro Max and so far it’s incredible. The only issue was the delivery but thats more on the carrier FedEx, not back market. The battery performance came at 90% capacity which is basically like a brand new model. I can go all day with just a single charge from the night before which is something I’ve never experienced with Apple products. The aesthetic condition was perfect as well. This is my maybe 3rd or 4th phone from back market and as always they did not disappoint! I can see this lasting me well up to even 5 years.

    I received my refurbed iPhone 13 Pro Max with some reservation as I had never done business with Back Market. (Btw I am 66 years old and my son told me to check you guys out for a phone.) so glad I did! I love your site! It is easy to navigate and also a lot of fun with your humorous anecdotes. And most importantly I was impressed by the condition of my phone when I received it:) so far it has been great and I am a satisfied and happy customer. One thing though is I received an android charging cord with it so that’s a bust but otherwise as far as the phone it’s awesome! Will definitely do business with y’all again.
