    Honestly, i was nervous using backmarket for the first time needing a newer iphone, but this 13 pro max came in nearly excellent condition with one one scuff on the front right corner edge of the phone, and no scratches on the sides, back, camera, and screen. Battery capacity was at 92% which was a plus as well. I wouldnt mind doing business here again for another phone in the future.

    The MacBook Pro I received from UC technology inc. was still connected to someone else’s iCloud/Apple account. Completely unacceptable for something like this to happen. I was given a refund, but still this should never happen. I recommend buying from a more reputable seller

    i have purchased from back market before, and have never had an issue, but this time i’m not happy at all. i reached out to the seller and they did get back to me within 24 hours and was friendly. i was offered $18 compensation, exchange but not promised the item will be in stock, or a full refund after return, so i will be returning! i ordered “good” condition, where you should not be able to see imperfections from 8 inches away, but i can see them from 2 feet away. the screen has glue all around it, and the back of the phone looks like it will pop off within a few months. there is glue where they tried sealing the back of the phone, but it looks like the glue did not hold well enough. to me, the condition of the phone is “fair” not good condition which is unfortunate since it is extra for the better condition.
