    The experience was going well as far as customer support till I got device which I was concerned with even ordering from backmarket due to the bad reviews. I paid for excellent condition. Did not receive excellent. i paid for unlocked I received locked at&t which i do i have cricket so it will work as they are at&t. The phone screen has a thin 3/8 inch scratch on it. they guarantee screen has no scratches. i i am literally only using phone for calls texts and internet so i am willing to just accept it since i got it already as long as they adjust to the proper price of an at&t locked good condition phone which is approximately $35 difference. they have not responded to me so i will dispute with my bank on the grade difference. i paid for excellent because i wanted to make sure it was all good but its clear that doesnt matter. they send what they want to anyways. i wanted unlocked in case i need to change couriers down the line but that doesn't matter either they send what they want to anyways.

    The item worked REALLY well. However, I suggest you get a heavy battery since using it day to day (with cracks and issues along the journey) caused the battery to deplete. other than that, works REALLY well, and definitely is a high recommend for a starter phone for a teen!
