    Phone came in. Hardware wise, it's decent. No cracked or scratched screen. Some minor scratches on the back of the metal back, only noticeable if you look within 6 inches. However, I chose "Excellent Condition" and it says that the Battery should be over 85% guaranteed with that choice of purchase option. Yet the Battery was 79%. So that sucks. As I'm typing this review on the Back Market app, I scroll up on the review section and apparently, it says the condition is "Very Good". Which is not what I chose. Whatever. For a phone that's this old (and close to being no longer supported on cellular service), with the "higher end" color option, with a price of $95 before tax, it's alright. Delivery was fantastic though. Came in 4 days before the expected delivery date. Great experience for me, not guaranteed for anyone else though.

    My husband and I decided to get 2 tablets for our daughters for Christmas this year to get rid of there Amazon tablets. When I opened the package to check. I was sent the wrong tablets. The picture shows the iPad with the finger print but instead we was sent the one with the home button. The iPads are in good condition, both even came with working chargers and the box. It just wasn’t the one presented in the picture.
