    definitely not "excellent" condition. there's a pretty deep and visible scratch on the front glass, the sides and camera bump is scuffed up everywhere, came pre installed with Verizon apps so it might be Verizon locked (I don't know how to check and I haven't put in my personal sim card yet), and the charging port is finicky.

    The phone arrived before the expected delivery date which was good, but even when paying for the Excellent Quality version of the phone, I found a small chip on the screen and a swipe/scuff mark on the screen that won’t come off with a microfiber cloth. An “excellent quality phone” with a refurbished screen/components, compromised waterproof seal and 80% battery life in the phone isn’t very good. I would refund it but this app/company makes the return process difficult and I paid for the extra coverage but even that seems like a hassle to go through because you have to make a claim to a different company and they have to approve it. 12 month warranty by Back Market and an extra month from a different company that puts all these rules and restrictions on what they’ll cover for $30 is also not very good. If I didn’t have to get this phone due to cellular plan complications, I wouldn’t have and after buying this I would not recommend this company to others.
