    My phone felt brand new besides for one minor scratch on the back of the screen. Another problem was this phone was supposed to be unlocked but there is a T-Mobile app pre-installed and when you set up the phone it is littered with T-Mobile logos. This is just a side phone so it isn't a massive problem for me but I can see why someone would feel scammed because of that. Sadly, I did drop my phone the first day I got it and now the entire back screen is cracked, although I won't deduct stars due to specifically this because this was my fault.

    The battery die in less than an hour. Even with battery saver on. Even if you leave the phone and do nothing, the battery still dies. For example it loses 20% charge in 5-10 mins just sitting there. Not usable for anything at all. The condition is more than fair tho. It looks almost as brand new. They also did include a lightening bolt cable thankfully and I didn’t have to buy one.
