    I was very disappointed when my iPhone 11 pro arrived to find out the battery life is down to 76% That is in the range where the battery will need to be replaced soon. I paid for an iPhone in excellent condition according to your rating, and I expected it to have a good battery. At the very least you should inform people of the battery life before selling the item. The rest of the phone appears to be in good working condition, but I don't want to go through getting the hassle of getting the battery replaced. I will be returning the phone when I receive a return mailing label from you

    Everything works on the my IPhone 12 Pro Max except it will not make a phone call over cellular service (I have my SIM card installed), I can receive calls and make calls but I cannot hear it ring or hear the person on the other line. The person on the other line can not hear anything coming through the line as well. But you can call when it’s connected to Wi-Fi and hear it ring and hear the person on the other line. The phone also kicks you off of Bluetooth devices occasionally. I will be contacting seller for a full refund.

    Even though I returned the phone, Backmarket and the reseller were perfect for this order. I have absolutely nothong but praise for them. It was simply that I tried out an iphone SE and didn't like it, it was just too small for me. When I requested the return, everything went as they said, including the refund as soon as they recvd the phone back.

    Purchased as a excellent condition, received a Grade B product categorized by refurbisher. Product was supposed to be Gold as the IMEI shows, but has a graphite back and cameras replacement, with excessive amount of glue overflow from the edge on the back and the speaker. It also has a aftermarket replacement screen without Truetone functional.
