    Honestly, I am just irritated. What a colossal waste of my time. I need a new phone, got one from you. It is my seventh purchase from Backmarket. The battery needs to be replaced and your refurbisher knew this when they sent it either hoping that I wouldn't notice or was desperate enough to not care. This is why people don't buy used product. Institute some quality control and stop allowing refurbishers to send product out that they know is unacceptable.

    Overall the iPhone xr is great and the price was better than what I would have gotten from anyone else. This is the second phone I have ordered using back market and I do recommend anyone using them that doesn't want to pay an arm and leg for a new phone. No scratches on the screen or the phone that I can see. You don't get any accessories other than a charging cord, but overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I will order from them again in the future.
