    The product itself was good but the fact when it said it was unlocked and i could connect it to any service and then ended up being locked still kinda sucked. also the I am sending the product back and it took 4 days to get any response from the seller. my advice is to make sure that the phone is unlocked before sending it to someone so they dont go through what i did.

    I'm extremely disappointed with Blackmarket and with the service I received. I ordered an iPad 9.7-Inch 6th Gen (March 2018) 32GB - Space Gray - (Wi-Fi) and I received an iPad Air 16GB. This is a gift for my parents and I'm supposed to bring it to them on Monday during a trip to Italy. I ask to please send me the iPad I purchased overnight and no answer yet. I'm going to Italy where my parents live, and this was supposed to be my gift for them when I land on Dec 9th. This is causing me a lot of stress and waist of time, while I'm just about to leave and I'm in the middle of a pandemic so I cannot go purchase an iPad directly. Thank you for making my 2020 even worse. Now my parents will not have a gift this Christmas.
