    pretty awful. i ordered 2 iPads and only one came. it took another 3 days to get the second one shipped, only because i asked where it was. also neither iPads will update or restore. i tried to get support, but could not. i did my best to google a possible solution (i should not have to do this) as well as take them to a friends house who has a Mac (i have a PC). i was told i would receive a return shipping label a day ago, and i am still waiting. i would not purchase anything from WEI in the future.
