    Quality of product is fine. Functionality, not so much.Neither the fingerprint censor, nor the passcode work when the phone is plugged in. Dealing with this has been quite annoying. Add a battery that doesn't seem to hold a charge to that and it turns this into a disappointing experience.

    I ordered a device in "good" condition. however the device I received has many scratches all over the camera module on the back. also, there was a sticker on the bubble wrap it came in that said "fair" on it. I'm not sure what happened here, but I would either like an exchange for a device in actual "good" condition or a refund of the difference I would have paid for a device in "fair" condition. I'm very displease at the moment.

    Delivery was quick and the phone was securely packaged and came with a white wall charger and Lighting to USB-A charging cable. I was surprised the phone looked in better condition than “good” there are no visible scratches, scuffs, cracks or obvious signs of usage at all which I found astounding. I’ve used backmarket before and I will continue to use them to purchase my iPhones because you get a better deal for almost new phones.
