    I got the Premium Samsung Fold 6. The bad. It was not in a original box and did not have the factory peel off plastic it would have it it was un-used. It also was not reset back to factory settings. It did come in very good condition though. I would think it should have been sold as Excelent and not Premium. The good, I did get my purchase 1 day earlier than I expected. I do like my purchase. But, I think Excelent condition should be open box and like new. Premium, should be open box but absolutely not used with factory plastic seals and or factory case/box. But, I did get a good unlocked phone.

    The battery lasts half a day and gets really hot. It did that from day one. My previous phone (13 Pro) in fair condition, performed better when I first bought it. It actually just started displaying these same symptoms because it's now on it's last leg. I expect better performance from a $400 purchase that rates a phone in excellent condition.

    TEMPER YOUR EXPECTATIONS Scuffs and nicks are expected, but this arrived tarnished (aluminum finish has come off in a spot), the keyboard backlight is completely non-functional expect for three keys, 90% of the keys have oil stains on them, there was gunk caked on around the power button, and crumbs of food/dirt were all over the keyboard in between keys upon arrival. DEFECTIVE BATTERY/ PORT Most alarmingly, you have to keep wiggling the charger in/out of the port for it to charge. It’ll say ‘battery not charging, power source: battery’ for a few minutes. Sometimes it will charge, sometimes it wont. HARD TO TRUST QUALITY & POOR RELIABILITY Shocking what they call ‘refurbished’ these days. Clearly, they don’t properly inspect/clean before shipping out. My first time using backmarket.com — Will also be my last.
