    Price was good for this item and the condition was probably better than the “good” rating so that’s nice. My only issue is this particular refurbisher uses non-Apple batteries which means you have no battery monitoring features of iOS. It’s not a huge deal - just a little annoying - but if that’s important to you, this may not be the refurbisher for you.

    Device was as described. Had a couple of dents and scratches around casing and back but nothing too bad. All covers up with a case. The screen had light scratches and no cracks. scratches were not visible with screen on. Highly recommend to anoyone who doesn’t mind used conditions on devices. :)

    The delivery date got pushed back a couple of times, and ended up arriving earlier than the last-updated date, so I was caught a little off guard by that, but no problems ocurred because of it (and the site DID give a disclaimer about delays.) Arrived as advertised, plain-packaged safely w/ minimal filler— I didn't get the usual setup screen which I would've prefered but the phone appeared factory-reset with all the default apps and layout ready to go. OEM unlocking was toggleable, which was a relief, as I know refurbished phones run the risk of greying out options like that from prior carrier locks. Smooth experience, happy with the product, will be recommending the site!
