    1st phone came shattered in the box. Just wish we would not have had to wait for an additional phone to arrive(needed to ship back to them before they shipped one to us). It put us back about 2 weeks for getting a phone plan in place. Neither phone came with an adapter, that would be needed for aux cords, or corded ear buds.

    Other then getting sent the wrong phone the first time, which required me to send it back and then wait to be resent another phone (this one Sprint compatible, which is what I ordered in the first place), I was happy with the quality of the product and the attentiveness to rectify the problem. It just caused a delay in finally getting the right phone which was highly inconvenient.
