    First off I ordered an iPhone X in the color black and received silver instead. Small scratches which is no big deal since I purchased good condition. However, I dropped my phone accidentally with a case on it from a small height one time. Not only did the screen crack it completely popped off and started smoking. The whole screen separated from the body. I don’t recommend this to be honest with everyone reading. 314$ is a good price but a waste of money if it doesn’t hold up worth crap.

    Thankfully delivery toke only a few days and not the 2weeks they estimated. I don't believe im having any issues with the phone past it own quarks. There was a mishap with esthetic condition being advertised on backmarket page verses what the retailer offers (bases on screen condition) On the upside though customer service of both Backmarket and WisephoneER responded right away and we came to a accord on the issue fairly swiftly. Based on the service I've had i would recommend them. My only advise is to ask and double check offers with backmarket customer service so no misunderstandings hopefully happen.

    Got the phone very quickly, within two or three days of placing my order! Phone looked flawless, I was very happy with the quality. However, within a day or two of using it the screen started fritzing out. Called the company and they immediately knew what it was and said they had gotten a bad batch of screens but had gotten a new batch since that were better. They were great in sending me a return label right away and said that they would go back out within 2 business days of receiving it. Honestly I was thrilled with the phone, and very happy with the customer service, but still disappointed that they didn’t catch it in their quality control before sending the phone out in the first place. Overall satisfied but it’s definitely been an inconvenience to have to Ship it back and now wait an extra week plus for my phone.

    Aesthetically the product is fine. In terms of function, however, it is severely lacking. The main reason I purchased the phone was to replace an older phone with only 82% battery capacity remaining. This phone arrived and had 83% remaining. The phone charges slower than my iPhone 7 and burns through a charge much quicker. I am already back using my iPhone 7. While aesthetics matter, functionality is more important and a “very good” rated, $500 dollar iPhone X should last longer than 5 hours on a full charge under normal use. I get at least 10 hours on my 3 year old iPhone 7. I have purchased 3 phones and an Apple Watch from back market. I do not plan to purchase from them again.

    My order came the next day which was very fast. We couldn't get it to work right after messing with it for 4 hours so we made an appointment for the next day and went to the nearest apple store which is an hour and a half away. They tested it and confirmed that it was junk and wouldn't work. We had to have a phone that day so our only option was to "trade it in" towards a new phone. They gave us a $200 credit but I paid $279 for the phone so we are out some cash. More importantly and most frustrating is the shear volume of time that was wasted. 4 hours at home and then another 4 hours with Apple plus the fact that work time was lost and can't be recovered. This was a terrible experience. I reached out to the seller to let them know last week and have heard nothing from them. So they suck too. I'm pissed off because I feel like I've been robbed of both money and time and no one gives a shit! This has left a bad taste in my mouth for refurbished anything. Great job guys.

    Brought this phone into my carrier to get it set up and they couldn’t do anything with it because it was blacklisted and reported as LOST or STOLEN. Very disappointed…I will not be ordering another phone from here now. I’m still waiting to get my money back. There was nothing wrong with packaging shipping battery or camera etc but none of those things really matter if you can’t even activate the phone.
