    I regret buying this phone. It’s freezing up as I’m even trying to write this review. I knew when I first got it I should have returned it but the buyer made me feel stupid for having concerns over the fact that the tint of the screen is BLUE. I’ve purchased refurbished phones in the past with no problems. This phone was refurbished with low quality parts and a low quality screen. Verified when I had to have it repaired a month after using it and the back of the phone shatter for no reason. Hardly usable. Hardly able to type. Have to turn the backlight on and off every couple Minutes because it freezes for no reason. Waste of money.

    They told me the quality of the product would be "good", it came with dents and scratches, dust inside the main lens, all of the cameras are very very scratched, face ID stopped working after a couple of weeks, earpiece speaker blown. I took it to an apple certified repair shop, who then sent it to apple, apple refused to repair it because apparently it had been "tampered with". I then contacted the seller of the phone and they told me that taking it to apple voided the warranty... what? Apple is the manufacturer of the device. All of this speaks for itself... quite upsetting.
