    This phone had a cracked screen. I was unfamiliar with android so I thought it was just a scratch, not a crack, because it looks different on Anroids than Iphones due to material. Nope, it was a screen crack, and it's been spreading. WORST of all THIS DEVICE WAS ROOTED AND IT WAS NOT DISCLOSED. It is constantly malfunctioning, both Samsung & my phone provider couldn't figure out why. Banking apps won't work, the voice program won't work, visual voicemail won't work. And I was going crazy wondering why. Turns out they installed their own operating system! My phone is vulnerable to viruses now and is not secure so I can't do any of my banking on the phone. Unethical business, horrible device, not as advertised.
