Would have been five stars this time around. The iPhone XS Max was in excellent condition except for the battery being at 84%. The charging cable that was sent did not be work, but that being said. It was a good experience as usual.

I am still enjoying my iPhone XS Max. I have had it for two years now. Battery Life still going strong at 85% and no problems whatsoever. The phone when I purchased it, battery life was at 90% and all original parts on phone. The phone itself was in very good condition. I’m Very Happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

The phone is in excellent condition & works as expected. Only complaint is that I purchased a new phone bc I was having battery issues. This one has a “non” apple battery so under battery health it just says unable to verify battery…& phone gets kinda hot & battery dies quickly…so I’ll probably be spending more money to replace battery or the entire phone. Still a great app & easy way to trade your phone for a great deal!

Did not fail my expectations. As usual, back market has been a lifesaver. Helping me to access goods that would ordinarily have put a hole in my pocket. The phone came clean but the battery heats up and it shows it is not original iphone battery. All the same it is a fairly good buy.

I ordered the xs max in excellent condition and it works great just has minor issue with a small dip in the LCD that isn’t noticeable with screen on, and sometimes when using the phone or unlocking it the screen with flash/glitch all green for about 2 seconds. These are my only concerns- otherwise a great phone.

I’m giving you 5 stars because you back up the products….however…my new phone arrived dirty. I couldn’t figure out why it didn’t ring and I had very little volume when on a video. Couldn’t hear anything on phone calls. Was sure I was going deaf. You guessed it! The speakers were full of ‘gunk’. Hopefully nothing contagious. I went on line and found the right way to carefully dig them out. Yes, DIG. They were all crusted up but now are fine. Your seller has poor quality control. But you guys rock!
