    This is the 2nd watch I’ve purchased on Back Market and this 2nd device is still locked out by the original owner and was sold to me on this site. I got this for wife she was exited to set up and now is crushed due to the device was not looked at properly by seller I would like a refund or a replacement asap this is not something I would want to happen again but am unsure if can trust site due to this

    Phone was absolutely perfect. Zero concerns, works like it is a brand new phone. Battery is perfect! Highly recommend the seller at this time. Shipping did take 1 extra day but that is out of there control. Shipper also decided it was a good idea to leave the package on the very edge of the front porch, where water was dripping. The package had been dripped on for several hours, but seller packaged it so well the inside never got wet or even damp!
