Ordered the excellent condition unit. Arrived with ever so slight scratches on the back and screen is perfect. Love this phone. Pros outdo the cons at a large level, so I'm very happy. Camera is the best one I've ever had on a phone or regular camera for that matter. It doesn't have any more lag then any other phone I've had, so that's not really an issue either. Only thing is I wish I could put a better battery in it, buy that is the biggest downfall of all new phones these days. My purchase was great . My wife dropped it and shattered the screen.I went through your website to warranty it. Your site sent me to asurion website for warranty which I purchased . I couldn't fill out a claim online since they want a " PLAN NUMBER" which it says I should have received in a welcome email that I never received . I looked through my emails and spam folder and nothing. I called to start a claim they started it and sent me a form that I completely filled out and submitted along with my proof of purchase receipt which has extended 13 month warranty, waited 4 hours for email back and they say my form was incomplete and I needed to sign it ( which I did ). I called them again and they said Im to late today I need a different department that is going over my claim. Now I need to call them again tomorrow. Now I"m 3 days into this with a broken phone. Product appears to be in EXCELLENT condition. I am very pleased with the phone. I am going to be using it differently that most folks. It will NOT be used as a phone but rather as the screen and control point for a drone. (Potensic Atom SE) For that reason I will not be connecting to any cell network an only to the internet when needed to update software or download data. For that reason I am still trying to find a way to keep the phone from constantly trying to establish a cellular data connections. (I have not installed a SIM card either.) I bought my last phone, samsung A50 on Back Market and it was awesome, I loved it. When I cracked the screen I decided I'd order another phone from Back Market. I ordered the newer version, the Samsung galaxy A51. It was shipped fast and the ordering process went smoothly, however I hate this phone!!! The wifi turns off all the time for absolutely no reason, it restarts by itself like once every 2 weeks then takes like 5 minutes to turn back on. Then after it does turn on all my wifi passwords are deleted and reset. It's super slow and I can't believe it's supposed to be an upgraded version of the A50.
