Refurbished iPhone 13 128 GB

If you are looking for a refurbished phone back market has never given me a bad product!!! This is my second iPhone purchase from their website and both times haven’t disappointed. I ordered a green iPhone 13 in good condition, with a new battery, arrived earlier than stated and had minor scratches on the back from the last persons case which is to be expected. I threw my clear case over it and it’s not even visible!!! There wasn’t a single scratch on the screen itself and came with a new charger.

I received my refurbished iPhone 13 and set it up today. I was disappointed to see that the maximum battery capacity is 88%. I was expecting that a refurbished phone would have a new battery (100%). Was I misled on that? I've already wiped my old phone to send in, and I don't want to return this one or send it it in for a new battery. I am just disappointed and will not be shy in saying so. **I did some research and found that the phone meets the battery requirement for "A" or Pristine. I had just assumed that any refurbished battery-powered appliance would have a new battery. I am quite pleased with my phone.

The phone came in good condition, looking very new. All is functioning really well with a battery health of 100%. only issue was a notification that the phone display had non-genuine parts. Wish it had original apple parts but i can't expect much from a refurbished phone. All in all, this is a good phone.

this was my first time ordering a refurbished device so i was hesitant, especially seeing so many polarizing reviews. after receiving my device, i’m genuinely happy i placed an order. the device is like brand new, it’s amazing!!

This is great for a refurbished phone! Even tho there or a few scratches on the edges, it’s still in good shape and gets the job done. I got it in fair condition, so I expected worse, but I was wrong. The back and front of the phone had no scratches or cracks to be seen. I recommended my friends and family because they thought I got a brand new phone at first glance, and not refurbished. Thank you Back Market!

although the first phone i received had some issues , and i had to send it back to be replaced. they went above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations to make sure that everything worked out for me in the end. thank you guys ! i would recommend this refurbisher.

My second Back Market phone purchase. This phone’s condition was “good” and had only a few worn corners to indicate any use. Though it seems to hold charge well, battery life shows 84%. My 1st phone from Back Mkt came with 90%. This phone is still an excellent value, at least $100 less than any other refurbished phones I found. I’m satisfied and will buy again.

Dear BackMarket, You should know that the charging port on this phone did not work initially. I was very disappointed because it was a gift and I would have to send it back. Thankfully your website told me how to clean the extremely dirty llightening port and, so far, all functions are working. Please pass this information on to the refurbisher. Thanks, Susan Kooi

LOVE IT after ordering a phone in "excellent" condition on Amazon from a 3rd party seller battery health guaranteed 80% well it was 79% and had a buy a new battery alert, NOPE so returned it. Then to be happily satisfied and then some to get this phone 89% battery health plus a 1 yr. warranty Appearance is great no scratches dings etc. Performance is like new after a quick update it charged quickly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I will send everyone to Black Markert for their refurbished iPhones.
