    I had ordered an excellent condition iPhone XR, upon receiving the phone it was far from excellent condition. The phone came dirty; the silent switch, bottom microphones, and charging port were packed with dust and dirt. The back camera is chipped as well as the charging port. Lastly my left bottom speaker is blown. The functionality of the phone otherwise has been so far normal, but I paid extra for excellent condition and got what I would consider fair.
