The condition of this device is really great the only thing is there is a few light scratches on the screen other than that everything is great. iPad powers on and turns off without any problems. I would recommend checking out a refurbished tablet or iPad from BackMarket as they have really great deals and have very reasonable prices for the devices that they sell. Overall my recent order meets my expectations and I have no complaints

I never heard of Back Market so I was hesitant at first about buying my iPad here, needless to say it came in excellent condition and I absolutely love it! I did have trouble signing it at first because there was a small glitch on the language screen, but once I got past that, I haven’t had any issues. I got the green iPad Air 2020 and it’s great. Highly recommend buying here rather than Amazon or eBay.

It works well for a price of a refurbished iPad, there are only some small issues with it (small noticeable scratches on the side, although it was an excellent quality one, and the iPad gets pretty warm when charging which is pretty normal). Overall, pretty happy with the purchase

I was a little nervous to order a refurbished Ipad but it came in PERFECT condition. I ordered it in “excellent condition” and it came without a single scratch. Seriously looks brand new. In terms of its operation, I haven’t had a single issue. I saw some reviews about diminished battery life, but my battery has been great!!! Don’t hesitate to get something from BackMarket, they’re awesome

The iPads works perfectly! There is a small spot where the pixels are burnt out slightly and are brighter than the others, but it's honestly so unnoticeable and is probably to be expected shopping refurbished. I'm absolutely in love and have been drawing to my heart's content!

I've been looking for an iPad for a while and a friend told me about this site. The prices were better than other refurbished items elsewhere. I ordered this one and it arrived very quickly and was easy to set up - no issues at all. I've been using it for a few days and battery life is going well. Overall. The site is great! I love that it’s easy to understand, it has many options and price ranges, plus the grading system is very helpful. I was able to purchase an iPad, Magic Keyboard, and Apple Pencil all for less than the new retail price of the iPad alone! Plus being able to trade in my old device is awesome. I have been looking at it for a while as I considered a purchase between a laptop or going for an iPad, I ended up with the latter. The color I wanted was only in ‘good’ condition but I have to say good is really great! I found only one small indent in a bottom corner that is hardly noticeable and the rest of the device is immaculate.

The packaging definitely could’ve had more cushioning but the iPad is so crisp super clean not even a scratch and i bought the good quality one not even the excellent and it came with a screen protector idk if that’s standard but i’m grateful. So simple to order, arrived very quickly. Ipad works great and exactly as expected. The condition is as described, no surprises there.
