i loved this model of phone and the condition it was in when i got it it was perfect till i broke the screen and had to replace it with a worse one and shorty moved states so here i am hoping to get the same phone with the same exact experience as last tome

I got a refund after I purchased the iPhone 8. Then I picked this one. It's been about 2 years since I got it and no issues at all. It already got too hot because it was because a few times I left it exposed to the sun. Other than that, it works perfectly and even that, the phone is still great. I recently dropped on the ground and it cracked the top edge. Very soon I'll use my protection plan to send it back to fix the screen. I'm happy with the product! I also recently, less than a week, got my second product from the website, the MacBook 2016, i7, 16GB. It looks to be a great laptop, however it gets to hot on the bottom, and the battery doesn't`t last long. So as soon I get back from my trip, I'll send it back to get a new one or fix it. I hope they be able to answer fast as they did with my first product purchased.

Very first time ordering from back market. Honestly, I was very doubtful. When I received the iPhone I was speechless! It was immaculate! You could not tell it was refurbished. Simply perfect. It powered up immediately and the setup went as it should have. Delivery was quick and traceable. Best money I have ever spent on a cell phone. Great deal under market prices. I definitely will but again from Back Market.

Extremely happy with my iphone XS. This is my first purchase of a refurbished item, so I was a bit worried. My phone came in an Apple box, and looks new. Not a mark on it, battery at 100%. I sent an email to ask a question & was quickly replied to. I am very satisfied with my ourchase and MCE

This is my first order ever from back market. I ordered from MCE Sales an iPhone XS max 512gb. I didn’t expect much when I placed my order, but these people basically sent me a NEW PHONE! Like completely unused and with alll original accessories and packaging !!! I was expecting a good phone b/c I chose the excellent quality option, but definitely didn’t expect this good. This same phone is $1090 refurbished on Apple and I just paid $555. I really thought it was fake. I looked up everything I could prove it was and the serial number verification on Apple. 100% checked out. This thing is so new it was still running on iOS 12 from when the phone first came out. I’m still nervous b/c I still can’t believe it. Of course I can’t say that every one will have the same experience. But as first impressions go, this is definitely an A1 first impression. Thank you very much

So far the biggest bang for my buck! Waited till a Flash sale & it came to around 630$ total for the iphone XS Max w/ 512 GB! I had bought an ipod around half the price last year... worst investment untill i started using the XS Max! Thanks for the Refurbish masters

I'm late to reviewing by about 3 weeks, but that just means I've had more time to make my review honest. I saw the same product the week that I bought it from Backmarket, in a Verizon store and as a watch lover Immediately fell in love with the aesthetics and design but did not want to cough up the $400 price point for a new one so I checked Backmarket, Half the price for "very good condition" so I swiped it up. Upon receiving the package and opening it, I'm not sure its even refurbished, it looks brand new, no scratched or defects at all and the strap looked brand new as well, looks to have never been installed on the watch or even broken in. All of this to say I'm very happy with this purchase, as well as every other purchase I've made on the website. It's my go to for refurbished electronics and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electronic but not wanting to pay full price.

The iPhone XS Max I received was, for all intents and purposes BRAND SPANKING NEW! If it wasn't brand new, I had no way of knowing. It was in the original retail box, with all the original accessories i.e. Apple charger, genuine Apple lightning cord and EarPods. The shipping was delayed, but only by one day. BackMarket alerted me that there would be a slight delay, so it was ok. I'm very happy with the service and the products I've received from BackMarket and especially happy with this purchase.

Absolutely love every purchase I have made on Back Market. This purchase was by far the best. I literally can't even tell it's refurbished. The shipping speed is crazy fast, and customer service is outstanding. Always following up with tracking info, asking how I liked the product... It's an outstanding company. Highly recommend purchasing here if you like saving money on solid devices. Best refurb site in the world hands down.

We ordered the iPhone XS Max in “Excellent” condition and received a brand new “mint” phone. It appeared to be a brand new unused phone, just with an open box. Zero complaints! It’s a perfect phone for half the cost of a brand new one from Apple. Very very happy with the purchase!!!
